IN CASE OF A GROUPAGE TRANSPORTATION BY TIMETABLE: a.) if there is still room in the capacity: - if the Sender has not ordered it in advance and it becomes clear only at the time of dispatch that any of the dimensions or weight of the shipment is greater than that specified in the order, then the price category of that package will be "X" and the difference must be paid locally in cash! b.) if the car has not enough extra free space: - We can only guarantee the pre-ordered place. We accept the item of the appropriate size and weight, the excess must be rejected. If, for this reason, the Sender withdraws from the delivery order, the entire paid freight fee will be lost, because the delivery fails through fault of Client, and we will no longer be able to sell the place to someone else. IN CASE OF A SPECIAL TRANSPORT (e.g. REMOVAL, FULL VAN ORDER etc.) Only the maximum capacity matters, we are loading until maximal allowed weight and physical size, but within this the actual size, weight and number of pieces may differ from the original order free of charge!

Basically, the rules applied in the case of excess weight and oversize apply with the addition that all excess items fall into the "X" price category, regardless of whether the total weight or total size increases or not! In the case of a full car order or moving, the freight fee is NOT affected by the quantity!

THE SHIPMENT IS LESS, SMALLER, LIGHTER?
If it turns out at the time of pick up that the shipment actually delivered is less, smaller or lighter than the one ordered and paid for, unfortunately, a refund cannot be requested, as we can no longer sell the free capacity to another party.
