Please do not feed the animal - especially dogs and kittens - 24 hours before
departure and do not drink it 6 hours before departure!
(This not only makes our job easier, but also makes the travelling of your pets more comfortable.
Of course we take care of them and we'll give them drink and food also as necessary...!)
SPECIFICATIONS, MANDATORY EQUIPMENT:
In their absence, the carriage may be refused and the paid amount
shall be forfeited.
Upon departure, we have to get from the Sender and we will hand it
over to the Recipient.
(Returns are not included in the paid amount.)
In the case of transporting dog or cat:
- chip
- pet passport
- 3 months of age
- min. 21 days have passed since the rabies vaccination
In the case of any animal:
- depending on the animal, cage, carrier, bird cage, aquarium, etc.
(In the case of dogs and kittens, it is important that the animal can stand up
comfortably and be able to turn!)
- food
- leash, collar or harness (for walking animals)
- litter (for non-walkable animals)
- in the case of a cage and carrier, a cage cushion
and blankets or textiles for the outer covering
Knowing official transport regulations and conditions for any animals and following
these rules are the tasks and responsibility of the customer!
METHOD OF THE PET TRANSPORTATION:
The animals receive constant attention, care during the journey.
- transport can only take place in the ventilated load compartment of the car,
received from the sender in a cage, carrier, etc.
(Carriage in the passenger compartment, in accordance with an international
standard not possible!)
- care is provided every 3 hours during the day: watering, walking with puppies,
changing litters for kittens, play, control, necessary medication
- feeding every night (for small puppies more a day, on special request)
- we cover our “passenger” who does not like contact with other animals during
transport, and we provide peace of mind to all pets
- the pick-up of pets is mandatory, in all cases directly upon departure, and their
delivery also happens directly on arrival, even if the address is not on the route

RELATED SHIPMENTS:
The fee for the transport of pets shall not include the transport of other consignments not related to the transport of animals, even if if they are placed in a package of animal equipment. These must be ordered as "PACKAGE" and PACKED SEPARATELY! If, when picking up the animal, we notice other items to be transported in addition to the animal-related equipment, we can pick them up against the payment of an overweight surcharge, and only if the free capacity of the car allows it!
THE TRANSPORT FEES OF PETS SHALL BE BASED ON THE WEIGHT OF THE ANIMAL.
(For pick-up or delivery to addresses in Hungary or in the Málaga-La Línea region there will also be a surcharge
for 'out-of-line arriving', as we have to deviate from the optimal order of addresses!)
