Who is who?

1. The CUSTOMER The customer fills the order form, we communicate with customer in case of any question, trouble, we send either the prepayment request and final confirmation to the email address of customer, furthermore the customer will get the link for online tracking also. The customer’s jobs are: informing both Sender and Addressee about details of transporting, including ordered services, meeting times, parameters of package, obligations of bringing out/taking in package(s) to/from the car of Filasol etc., forwarding the link of online tracking. In case of a problem we can ask help of customer in contacting with Sender or Addressee, avoid a failed delivery. 2. The SENDER The Sender personally gives the packages to us at meeting time of pick-up. The Sender has to show an identity card that includes photo. The Sender has to check the transport document and by signing it to assume responsibility for it’s content, actual volume and state. The actual person of the Sender may differ from the order form, in which case we must enter the name and the ID number to the documents. We notify Sender by phone of our arrival ONLY IF the meeting is at Sender’s address AND the Customer requested a notification by order form. 3. The ADDRESSEE The Addressee takes over the packages personally. The Addressee has to check the transport document and by signing it to assume responsibility for it’s content, actual volume and state. In case of injury or shortage, Addressee can only make a claim on the waybill at that time! The actual person of the Addressee may differ from the order form, in which case we must be informed by Customer before the meeting time for delivery. We have the right to check the identity of Addressee. We notify Addressee by phone of our arrival ONLY IF the meeting is at Addressee’s address AND the Customer requested a notification by order form.

TRANSPORTING DOCUMENT  Since September, 2017 we use electronic waybill only! It means that we give any pre-printed copy of waybill to the Sender, Addressee ONLY IF the Customer requested it by the order form. It causes surcharges too. In any other case both the Sender and Addressee only has to sign the waybillby a touchscreen, but won’t get any own copy of it.
