How to pack..?

Who and how packs?

The packing and providing packaging materials are each case the client's duty. The packaging can be a variety of ways: box, luggage, bin, bag, haversack etc. The special items (ie. amorphous goods) can be covered, enveloped by bubble wrap, textile or cardboard too. It is important: the package has to be closed, protected from disintegration, contamination, and scratch damages, but also do not compromise other packages. We do not open your closed packages, so the Sender must sign a responsibility for the content. During an official inspection, the package can be opened and the packaging can be damaged: we can not take any responsibility of it.

What to write onto the package?

It is mandatory to write to the package: - the Customer’s or Adrressee’s name - the pre-ordered (!) special handlings (ie. fragile) - if you pre-ordered a ‘do not rotate’ option: the placement direction - the name of destination city (in case of terminal: Base or FilaPoint) We don’t need any other data you to write to the package.

…be cooled/frozen?

If you send a package as simple ‘be cooled’ (passive cooling) item, we can give you icepacks and cooler bag also, and we can accept your own tools also. The packages ‘be frozen’ (active cooling) will be transported in a special thermobox, filled by dry ice, so you can give the contents to us in any bag or box.
