How to modify an order?
1. If your order already has been paid, you can not reduce or cancel your order. In case of failed
transport neither the partial or total money refund is not available.
The order extension is available, depending on our free capacity. You can request it only by email
(see the address below) sending the number of original order also.
2. If your order is unpaid, you can either modify it as you need and cancel it if you want, by sending
an email to us (see the address below) including the original number of your ordering. The order
extension is available, depending on our free capacity.
3. If your order has not been paid by deadline, we can delete your reservation without any personal
notification, and we have the right to sell your place to another customer.
