ORDERING: HOW TO ORDER?
how can i order, mode of reservation, method of ordering a transport, how to reserve, how to order a place, i need a transport, sending an order

How to order?

1. You can ask informations, answers to your questions by email, sms, Messenger. But you have to know, these communication channels are not suitable to order a transport, reserve a place, so NEVER send your order by message, because it will be ignored! And there is no way to reserve any place for “a short time period” until you send a form later. The reservation system of Filasol is automatic and can handle ONLY the official online forms! 2. The online form is suitable you to give all of details of your transporting: names, phone numbers, addresses, paying methods, currency, size and weight of your package, special handlings etc. Please fill it really precisely to avoid any malfunction or failed delivery. 3. We can accept a new order form anytime, without deadline, UNTIL the car has got free capacity. The reservation system calculates the free places and closes the confirmations of new reservations after the car is full. You can follow the actual fullness by visiting the timetable, the values may be inaccurate (updated once daily). 4. If you sent your order form, you will get an email from us and it contains all of necessary informations for prepay it correctly: total amount, account details, deadline, details of costs, details of your order etc. Please, check it carefully before you pay anything and send message to us if any failed item exists. After paying we can not guarantee any correction! 5. If you got our prepayment request but you would like to cancel your order, please inform us by email and help us to manage orders easily. Thank you. 6. If you wouldn’t pay the total amount until the payment deadline, we have right to cancel your order WITHOUT ANY WARNING, NOTIFICATION, and reserve this place to an other customer! 7. If you pay the total amount until the deadline, your reservation becomes final and you CAN NOT cancel it or modify it (reducing the volume, change the date of transporting). 8. The quantity, size and weight of the items will be checked! If any parameter of the package to be delivered exceeds the order, we will not guarantee its accepting and transporting, but if our capacity permits, it may also be  raised against a surcharge, which will be charged even if the other parameter of the  item is smaller than the order (eg oversized package, but light weight). In the event  of a shortage of capacity, only the Customer is responsible for the failure to deliver!
