SHIPMENT HANDLING
OPTIONAL, ADDITIONAL SERVICES FOR SURCHARGE (Available only by the order form) PRE-PRINTED TRANSPORTING DOCUMENT: Our courier service works with digital documents. The Prepayment Request, the Bill of Lading and the VAT invoice will be sent online to the Customer's e-mail address. Upon request, a pre-printed receipt will be delivered and handed over to the Sender and / or to the Recipient. (Invoice will only be sent by email and only upon prior request)
ADDITIONAL SERVICES OPTIONAL TREATMENTS FOR SURCHARGE
ARRIVAL TO ADDRESS IN A SPECIFIC TIME (OUT OF LINE): RULES APPLICABLE ONLY TO HUNGARY AND THE MALAGA - LA LINEA REGION: (Arrival time out of line is NOT AVAILABLE at other addresses, the information below is NOT valid!) Without any surcharge, only Filasol has the right to decide the exact arrival date within 3 days before departure for pick-up, and within 3 days after arrival to the region, for delivery (we go to a lot of addresses and arrival there in an optimal order, with unforeseen arrival times for each address). For an additional fee, we can arrive at an address on a fixed day of the above period for either shipment pickup or delivery. In case of transporting a pet or a consignment to be refrigerated, the activation of the service is mandatory and automatic.
PACKAGE INSURANCE: The fee includes an insurance of up to EUR 200 free of charge per Customer (not per item!). In the case of consignments of higher value, an increase can be requested at an additional cost by entering the desired nominal value of warranty. (More important information can be found under the menu item Warranty!)

SENSITIVE: in the case of liquid, fragile, etc. item it is handled with special care and is guaranteed to place to the top of the bale up to a weight limit of 10 kg. FROZEN: the consignment is delivered in a thermobox and kept frozen (between -20 and -50 degrees) with freshly produced dry ice. Currently it can only be ordered for transporting (departure) from Hungary. Only for frozen (or refrigerated) perishable foods does our responsibility include a quality assurance guarantee. REFRIGERATE: the consignment is transported in a thermally insulated bag or thermobox and continuously cooled on dry ice with re-frozen cooler block or direct water ice. Only for refrigerated (or frozen) perishable foods does our responsibility include a quality assurance guarantee. MOISTURE SENSITIVE: during official inspection, transhipment for logistical reasons, etc. we guarantee that the consignment is especially protected from precipitation, wet soil and any soaking.
