SPECIAL SERVICES (Available by form) PRE-PRINTED TRANSPORTING DOCUMENTS Our courier service works with digital documents. The payment request, the transporting ticket and the VAT invoice will be sent online to the Customer's e-mail address. Upon request, a pre-printed receipt will be carried and handed over to the Sender and / or to the Recipient. (Invoices will only be sent by email and upon prior request)

SPECIAL ARRIVAL TIME Without surcharge the Filasol has right to specify on what day and what time arrives to an address, within that the specified period (we go to a lot of addresses in an optimal order, because of it we cannot determine precisely in advance the arrival times to an specified address). On request, on a fixed day of the surcharge-free period and within a fixed period of 6 hours we can arrive at your address for either package pickup or delivery (you can see the periods by clicking on the menu). THE SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR ADDRESSES ON THE ROUTE. FOR ADDRESSES THAT ARE IN THE REGION OF START/END POINTS, IF THE SHIPMENT NEEDS REFRIGERATION, OR IT CONTENTS A LIVE ANIMAL, THIS IS A MANDATORY SERVICE, AND THE ARRIVAL DAY TO YOUR ADDRESS IS DIRECTLY THE DEPARTURE/ARRIVAL DAY (CHECK THE TIMETABLE).
INSURANCE: The freight charge includes a guarantee of up to EUR 200 free of charge per Customer (not per item!). In the case of consignments of a higher value, an increased amount guarantee can be requested at an additional cost by specifying the desired nominal value.
SPECIAL PACKAGE TREATMENTS:
SENSITIVE: in the case of consignments, liquid, brittle, etc. we move it with special care and guarantee that it will be on top of the bale up to a weight limit of 15 kg. FROZEN: the consignment is delivered in a thermobox and kept frozen (between -20 and -50 degrees) with freshly produced dry ice. Currently, it can only be ordered for delivery from Hungary. Only for items ordered as frozen (or refrigerated) includes our responsibility for the guarantee of quality preservation. REFRIGERATED: the consignment is transported in an icebox or thermobox and continuously cooled on dry ice with re-frozen ice cubes or water ice. Only for items ordered as refrigerated (or frozen) includes our responsibility for the guarantee of quality preservation. MOISTURE SENSITIVE: during official controls, transhipment for logistical reasons, etc. we guarantee that the consignment is especially protected from precipitation, wet soil and any kind of soaking. DO NOT TURN IT: we guarantee that the consignment will be delivered in the indicated position and will not be rotated to another position that is optimal according to the loading.
