DELIVERY WHERE: Generally we go to any address to deliver the shipment in any country *, any town (*: the coverage can be viewed in “Routes, lines, bases” menu!) The Recipient may ask the delivery in the base, if needs a fixed date and time, and thus avoid the application of the basic fee. Filasol base available only in Budapest and Marbella.

WHEN: Our arrival is NOT affected by either weekends or holidays! I. The exact date can be determined by Filasol, free of charge: 1. At our bases, the date of delivery is fixed, it is included in the transporting ticket. (Usually 18:00 to 19:00 h the day after the scheduled arrival). We do not send personal notice, we have such an obligation only if the forecasted date changes. 2. In Budapest, during the 0-4 days after the day of arrival between 08:00 and 20:00 h. We notify the Recipient by phone 60-90 minutes before our arrival. 3. In Hungary (in case of a rural address) during the 0-4 days after the day of arrival, between 06:00 and 22:00 h. One day in advance we usually send you an email or sms notification, then we will definitely notify Recipient by phone 90-120 minutes before our arrival. 4. In Spain, in the Málaga-La Línea region, during the 0-2 days after the day of arrival, between 08:00 and 20:00 h. We notify Recipient by phone 60-90 minutes before our arrival. 5. Throughout Portugal, furthermore in Spain, to addresses that are more than 100 km from the shoreline of the Mediterranean (approx. west of the Lleida-Albacete-Cádiz line, e.g. Madrid, Sevilla, Córdoba, Zaragoza, Badajoz, Bilbao etc.) our car can only deliver in one direction (usually moving towards Hungary, by the line ‘1A’) In the case of such addresses, the Transport Ticket contains the planned period and we will indicate in an email if still car ‘1B’ goes for it. We notify Recipient by phone 90-120 minutes before our arrival by phone. 6. In Sweden, our car touches the addresses as a roundabout and after Malmö usually arrives in Stockholm from the south and then continues north (mostly towards Örebro) to Gothenburg and from there along the coast to Malmö. The time of our arrival at each Swedish address is determined by the roundabout (which you can inquire about by phone after the day of departure), and the exact time of arrival can be indicated by phone 90-120 minutes before arrival, or our car can be tracked online also. 7. FOR ALL OTHER ADDRESSES, our car can arrive between 00:00 and 24:00 h on any day of the shipping time, depending on the traffic and weather conditions. We notify you by phone 90-120 minutes before our arrival.

If your shipment is “keep cold”, “keep frozen” or live animal:

In the case of pets or chilled or frozen products, in the case of addresses I./1, 2, 3, 4, the day of arrival must be set as extraordinary delivery day, and an extra charge will be charged in this case as well.
